GUILIN FERMENTED BEAN CURD
Guilin Fermented Bean Curd is one of the famous “Three Treasures of Guilin” with a history of more than 300 years. It is made in a special way – Three Flower Wine is added to it during the production process to bring a special flavor and lingering bouquet to the bean curd. It’s a traditional accompaniment to go with staple food such as rice, porridge and steamed buns.
