GUILIN THREE FLOWER WINE
First made in the Southern Song Dynasty, with a history of over 1000 years, Guilin Three Flower Wine is a kind of rice-flavor liquor made from grain, spring water and yeast produced from special local herbs. It is said that this wine should be distilled for three times. When it is shaken, layers of bubbles appear on the surface. Hence it is called “Three Distilled Flower Wine” or “Three Flower Wine” in short. The wine looks clear and transparent and tastes fresh, mellow, tender and sweet.
Guilin Three Flower Wine is one of the so-called “Three Treasures of Guilin”.
